Bitmex Helper and the DOM-trader

DOM – Depth of the market or also known as OrderBook… Standard BitMEX OrderBook does not allow trading. It can only show what is happening on the market. But many traders would like to be able to trade straight from the it.

The new version of BitMEX Helper now has its own built-in DOM (OderBook), which corrects all the shortcomings of the standard but does not replace it. You can use both orderbooks at the same time.

For example, set up a standard DOM for a compressed view by 10 price levels, and a new Helper’s DOM will display all the details for each level. At the same time, you can trade via “Quick Buttons” under the new OrderBook. It allow you to do much more than the buttons of the standard Bitmex web interface – for example, sending orders quickly at the best ask / bid price. But it is even more interesting and more convenient for someone – now you have the opportunity to trade directly by clicking the mouse on the levels of the DOM.

And another nice little thing: the standard DOM shows only the levels that have your limit orders, and the new DOM shows both the stops and the limits at once.

Watch the video – and you will understand everything. It is better to include subtitles with translation, because the video is in Russian.

Bitmex Helper in Details: ChartTrader

One more of the possibility that ordinary users of the Bitmex exchange are deprived in comparison with traditional trading terminals is trading directly from the chart.

Bitmex Helper allows you to solve this issue. It may not be the most convenient way, but it’s better than nothing at all!

In the ChartTrader mode with this Chrome extension
– you can to “trade from the chart” through a graphic tool SHORT or LONG
– “one click send” orders are sent at once for all three orders (entry, exit by profit, exit by loss)
– if it is not necessary before the transaction, the data is sent to CalcTrader mode (video will be soon) for more accurate calculation of the number of orders
– if it is impossible to send any of the orders, it transfers the settings to the STANDARD mode (you can to see in the previous post)

In general – see for yourself. I recommend to include subtitles with translation, as the video is in Russian. Although much is clear and without translation just by the picture.

Bitmex Helper : Details : Standard Mode

Main mode of the Bitmex Helper is STANDART -mode. In this mode, the Helper is closely watching the actions of the trader and when opening a new trade (new position) instantly automatically places orders for StopLoss and TakeProfit.

Of course, he does it all exactly according to the settings you specified. You can specify the exact view of a stop order (stop market, stop limit, trailing stop). It also indicates the distance from the entrance to the stop and to the take (in ticks).

In addition – you can choose between one, two or three gradual exits from the transaction. Also, specify the indents to these orders from the entry price and distribute between them the entire amount of contracts in the specified percentage relationship.

However, to talk for a long time – and look much nicer. Even despite the fact that the video is in Russian, you will understand everything yourself from the picture and the events taking place there. And by the way, no one bothers to include subtitles with translation!
